Fast shipping across the US

Every Suupia rug and doormat is made to order and shipped quickly. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days from the day you order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons such as Halloween, Black Friday, and Christmas, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipment is created.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@suupiacentral.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@suupiacentral.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
